1.How to reach ?
The learning centre is close to Arera Gurudwara, near Old campion school. You may contact us for Google location.
2. What is the schedule like ?
Although the schedule is flexible depending on energy of the group but broad timings are as follows :
Day 1 & 2 :
09:00 AM – Formalities / Settling down
09:30 – 11:00 AM – Session #1
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Tea Break
11:30 – 1:30 PM – Session #2
1:30- 2:30 – Lunch
2:30 – 3:45 – Session #3
3:45 – 4:00 – Tea Break
4:00 – 5:00 : Conclusive session.
3. What will a session look like ?
All sessions will begin with orientation on a subject , later opening up for collective dialogue and collaborative enquiry.
4. Can I attend only one day ?
We certainly do not recommend it , however we may allow it in exceptional cases.
5. Who is organizing it ?
Ruchi and Shashi Bhushan who have been greatly benefitted from Jinan’s work and insight, both hail from Bhopal. It was their plan to organize a similar workshop in Madhya Pradesh. Ruchi runs a learning centre in Bhopal while Shashi is into alternative living and organic farming.
Farm Workshop :
How is this different from Bhopal workshop ?
While the subject and flavor of workshop is same, being a residential workshop in lap of nature – this will certainly make farm workshop more immersive allowing lot more time and space into the enquiry. Conversations coupled with silent walks into nearby forest and farm will make the entire process far more transformative.
How are the facilities at farm ?
Only very basic , camping like facilities are available. Accomodation will be shared with mostly floor beds. Compost toilet or open defecation with certain etiquetes is encouraged. Mostly organic local vegeterian meal will be served. (Dal, Rice, Curry, Chapatis). Milk and Milk products will depend on availability of milking cows at the farm.
What else do I need to know about farm ?
Farm is next to a forest, vibrant with life. We live along with other species which may include scorpions, snakes, birds, wild boars, deers, monkeys. It calls for us to be more careful and live responsibly.
Can I come with children ?
Yes, ofcourse. Though you’d need to be little more prepared and have a chat with us so we can ensure that children also have good time.
Can I stay longer or arrive earlier ?

What else can I do at farm ?
While workshop will take the centre stage but we will have time to explore forest nearby, see organic farming, explore local cuisines and culture, learn about sustainable lifestyles and experience farm living.
